Donghai Yu, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director
Mr. Yu has been our Chief Executive Officer since November 2008. He received his MBA from Oklahoma City University.
Zhenfang Yang, Interim Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Yang has been serving as our interim Chief Financial Officer since 2007. He is a certified public accountant.
Grace King, Vice President of Finance
Mrs. King has over 20 years of financial experience including serving as an investment banker for Merrill Lynch. She holds
both a BS and a MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia University.
