We have a technology cooperation agreement with Hunan University, the only university in China that offers a major in carbon studies. We also have an informal research relationship with Tsinghua University for nuclear research.

In 2007, we were the only carbon company to receive the "High Science & Technology" award from the Ministry of Science and Technology of People’s Republic of China.

We emphasize the development of new technology. In October, 2003 the Company obtained Chinese Patent No IL: 2004 1 0044348.7, for high-density, high strength and wear-resistant graphite material and the production of this material.
